.....or otherwise known as the post in which the author makes a first appearance.

I have just returned from the most awesome break here in paradise located in Southern Mozambique  where we attended a yoga and dolphin retreat organised by the awesome Clara from here.

On the drive down I saw at two lovely ladies wearing shwe shwe in each little town we passed on the way down and think that my next road trip needs to make a few minutes allowance in each town for a shwe shwe photo shoot break. Perhaps if I pitch the idea to my marvelous husband so that he gets a GPS in the process and records the co-ordinates of the photo shoot, then he might be willing to stop at least once in each town.

So here is a pic of me in my favourite item of clothing - the shwe shwe skirt E had made for me in Northern KwaZulu Natal stepping onto the 'overcrowded' beach of Ponta Mamoli.

 If you look really closely in the sea you can see the dolphins we went swimming with.
